Eligibility

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. OGames reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the server rules.

Virtual Goods

Purchases on OGames grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use virtual items within the game. You do not acquire ownership of any virtual goods. All virtual items remain the property of OGames.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to disrupt or compromise server integrity
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the service
Circumvent any security or access-control mechanisms

Limitation of Liability

OGames is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the service and any virtual goods is immediately revoked.
